We have been part of the Animal House family for many years. We have used all of their services, boarding, daycare and grooming and have never had any concerns. The staff are extremely professional and treat our dogs just like their own. They're the best in the Jacksonville area. The front check-in area is clean and smells fine, however, the second that we walked into the area where the animals are kept it smelled putrid. Also there were piles of feces in the play areas that we were shown.

This requirement is in place to safeguard the health of all our guests. Reservations are crucial for all our services. Plan ahead to secure a spot for your pet’s stay. We ask that pets are checked in at least 30 minutes before our lunch closure or end of day closure. Just wanted to thank you for your great care of my Nikki when I have to be away. You are smart, professional, and seem to really care about your clients.
Purrfectly Comfortable
I can't think of enough good things to say about the facility. I recently took my dog Matilda for a grooming session and I was extremely pleased with the service. We have been going to Animal house for almost 4 years now!!
Day Camp
I love all the employees at Animal House, which includes the grooming department. So, I hope considering we all make mistakes, please do not be so judgmental for one mistake. Thank you so much, we will be visiting very soon due to traveling this upcoming holiday and we will put the gift into good use. I use animal house both forBoarding and grooming, they are great for both.

My little guy comesOut f grooming looking so handsome and when we board him I never have to worry. He gets lots of playtime and always makes new friends. We offer multi-pet discounts for families whose pets can share an accommodation. All suites include lots of potty breaks and staff interaction. My lil one stayed there 3 nights and loved the care and attention he received.
Grooming Locations
Sharkie's groomer will most likely slip out of the grooming area and into the boarding facility when she has time to "spoil" and cuddle Sharkie. I think you will also One more thing, when they bring the dogs out to you, they make you feel like you're the most important person in the entire world. Each Groomer comes out with each dog and "presents" the dogs to you with their new groom.
This is the best place by far for your furbabies. I have been coming here for a while now, mainly for grooming and they are excellent. We requested the same wonderful lady every time and my Marlin loves coming there. They also have webcams so you can sneak a peak and see what your baby is up to! I honestly can't say enough about this awesome place.
When we asked how staff prevents other pets from coming in contact with it we were told its immediately picked up after an animal eliminates, but we observed piles of it. I just wanted to know if my dog was ok while we were away, especially since his stay with Animal House was the first time hed ever been away from us. Moreover, the report card system is worthless, honestly. I reviewed it and did not get an accurate overview about how my dogs stay was, unfortunately.

Animal House is unusual in that they are a full service grooming, boarding and exercise facility for animals. I find them outstanding in the grooming area, I love the four groomers who groomed my three Yorkies, and one GoldenDoodle. I have one yorkie in particular who has luxating patella issues and has to be "babied"--my groomer did the job, they connected right away and I believe she is the head groomer. She and Sharkie were meant for each other.
Our Daycare provides an unparalleled haven of happiness for your cherished companion. For dogs we require Distemper Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella. We also require a negative fecal exam for any pups under the age of 6 months and completed DAPP boosters. Yes, we do implement Peak Pricing during holiday periods.
